Samco has developed and designed these silicone magnets for high temperature applications.
Being able to withstand temperatures of up to 250’c continuous, these gaskets are ideal for the E-coating and Powder coating industry.

HOW IT WORKS
- Using Samarium Cobalt magnets, enables the high temperature resistance.
- The magnets are embedded in-between layers of silicone sheet, giving an overall thickness of 4mm.
- Although this thickness can be altered if necessary.
- The magnets are held in place so they cannot move.
This process has been designed to save money and labour for the masking industry.
Samco can also offer Silicone polyester reinforced hose for masking bores.
Again offering a high temperature resistance and these can be used over and over again.
Sizes available range from 6mm dia to 200mm dia, in up to 1m lengths.
